My Beautiful Ballarina

This spring Natalie enjoyed her first session in Ballet.  She learned so much, and they put on a great recital.  She looked so pretty, and danced even prettier!
We love you Natalie!

Softball 2011

This year Lindsay and Molly were able to play on the same team.  It might be the last year we ever get to do that, & boy has it been nice.

Lindsay was one of the older girls on the team and she was quick to prove she chould be a leader.  She hit the ball well and made her way to lead off batter at the top of the line up. (this was huge for Lindsay who struggled with swinging the bat the year before.)  Lindsay played 2nd base most of the year and made many excellent plays.

Molly was one of the youngest on the team but quickly emerged as the biggest team player.  If they were cheering in the dugout, you can bet the cheer was being led by Molly!  She also volunteered to play catcher when no-one else was willing.  While playing catcher she prooved that she knew the game well by communicating with the pitcher and the rest of the players yelling things like, "2 OUTS! PLAY IS AT 1ST!"

I'm so proud of both Lindsay and Molly for their hard work this season.  They are both really learning the game and having a good time doing it, proving they can be good sports and leaders at the same time.

15 Wonderful Years!

Wow! How time has flown by......

When John and I got married on March 29th, 1996 we had no idea at the time that he would be a CPA and that March would be the busiest month of the year for his line of work in the business.  I think we went away for our first anniversary, but since then it has been simple home celebrations (which are always great too).

This year, I don't know how, but we were able to get away to San Francisco for the weekend.  We did the normal tourist stuff and had a great time.  The weather was beautiful, and the company was even better!  We will have to do it again soon.
